Tylius Nemesia | Aether - Siren
Hi there! Welcome to my page!If you're here for the free gear, I do that! If you're leveling and need any gear from levels 1 to 50, I'm down to craft you a full set of what you're currently able to wear, free of charge. Just shoot me a message if you see me!If you're here because you saw me around in-game and want to know about me, then welcome to my own little slice of the internet. Here you'll find a bit about me (the player), Tylius and his story, along with some art and screenshots throughout my playtime. If you're instead here to tell me to stop playing Disney songs in the middle of Gridania, I'll have to get back to you on that one.
"So where are these other sections?"You found them! Right here! "The Player" button won't take you anywhere mostly because that section is right below this one (I wont judge you for clicking the button though, enjoy yourself!) while "Tylius Nemesia" will take you to a section about the character I play. The other two buttons should be self explanatory, you've got this, I trust you.
The Player | Finn
Hey there! That's me!Obviously I don't wanna dump a bunch of infomation out there about myself, but allow me to extend a hello and at least give some info about me as a player, and how long I've been on XIV for. I'm a Canadian dude who's been gaming for a pretty long while, both with MMOs and other games. I started with Phantasy Star Universe when I was a kid, and have hopped from one community to the next. From there, I've been through Club Penguin (Yeah, we're starting early), Wizard 101, that old Doctor Who MMO (Yeah, that was a thing), City of Heroes (and Champions Online),
Guild Wars 1 and 2, Runescape, Elder Scrolls Online, and really the list could keep going on for quite a bit.Yes, I've played World of Warcraft, both Classic and Retail. There's really not much else to know about me, I've been around since the end of Stormblood,
I tend to be very squirrel-minded likely due to ADD, I get very distracted easily and tend to fall behind in content, never really did well in a static but I can hyperfocus when needed (I'm an omnicrafter after all). I'm a fan of playing music ingame, I enjoy taking scenery screenshots, I love decorating houses, and I enjoy spending time with my IRL partner both in and out of the game. (You can click on that to go see their page!)Outside of my computer, I live on a lake and enjoy fishing, I play Magic: The Gathering though I've been doing that a little less over time, I enjoy putting together model kits, and I love to cook! (I've got a pretty mean chicken mac & cheese recipe.)
The Character | Tylius Nemesia
A bit of a foreword on my character, Tylius (or just Ty).So, Tylius is a bit of a funny story actually, they've gone through multiple story-lines that I've been unhappy with or wanted to rewrite, and from all that they've gone from a Hyur, to a Miqo'te, to a Lalafell, then back to a Miqo'te. Eventually I just kinda figured out that if I ever have a fantasia I'll end up using it for a meme then changing back a few months later, so from here on out his story revolves around him being a Miqo'te. If you see him walking around as something else, no you didn't, that's some weird person that's stolen my identity and definitely not the result of Yoshida-san giving me another free vial of gender-fluid. With that said, let's hop into whatever version of this backstory I'm up to now.
The Lone Miqo'te, Tylius SteeleheartBorn to two unknown parents, Tylius grew up in the Shroud to two Hyur commonfolk, Edrik and Marielle, after being found abandoned. He's currently unaware why or how he was left, only knowing from his adoptive parents that he was bundled and wailing just off the main pathway outside of Greentear.Having grown up outside the normal tribe upbringing, being a Seeker of the Sun, he's unaware about most customs from his own people and has had to learn from outside sources. Instead knowing a lot more about Hyur customs due to his situation, Tylius found himself donning a Hyur surname.
Growing Up in the Shroud(This is a WIP, promise, check back soon)
